Lifting is a sport that requires speed, strength, mobility, and technique in order to perform well. There are different categories: Weightlifting and Powerlifting. We use movement assessments and lifting progression to ensure that our athletes are prepared to lift safely and effectively whenever they step onto the platform., whatever category they choose to pursue or compete in.

Lifting can seem intimidating at first, but with the proper instruction and technique, Lifting can be for Everybody and Every Body.
