We have a well equipped gym for those looking to compete in powerlifting or learning how to perform these lifts. Powerlifting is beneficial for strength training and sports performance. We have several national qualifying athletes at the junior, senior, and master levels that call Intentional Fitness home. Couch Chance will provide in-person or remote training to get you to your goals.

If you like to push your body to its limit, powerlifting is the sport for you. We work to maximize strength and reduce risk for injury by teaching lifting techniques that harmonize with the individual’s leverages. We are home to several national and even world level powerlifters.
