Here at Intentional Fitness we offer personalized programs to help you address your specific goals.

Just like all our other services we offer a free physical evaluation where we will discuss training goals, past injuries to be aware of, and the future outlook of your training plan. During this session your training times will be discussed as well.

After your evaluation,  your coach will determine which type of programming is ideal for you and your goals.  All training is semi-private with each trainer. This option is ideal if you are new to working out or need more focused attention throughout movements.
